About these terms
These terms apply between you and Kingsmoss Logs ("we", "us"). By subscribing you agree to these terms and to our Subscription and Cancellation Policy.
Eligibility
Subscriptions are available to customers aged 18 or over with a delivery address in an enabled delivery area (currently BT36, BT37, BT38 and BT39). We may decline or cancel a subscription if the address is outside our delivery area.
Products
Plan contents are described on Our Plans page at the time you subscribe. Firewood is a natural product and appearance, size and species may vary.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the total amount you pay each month. Payment is taken by Stripe when you subscribe and then monthly. We will email you in advance of any price change, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
Delivery
We will confirm your delivery day by email. Please make sure we can access the delivery location safely. If we can't deliver, we'll contact you to arrange another time.
Safe use
Only burn logs in an appropriate, properly maintained stove or fireplace and follow the manufacturer's guidance. Store logs in a dry, ventilated place.
Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction.
